This is not a 9 to 5 process. You don’t stop thinking about your business problems at 5pm, so you should be able to discuss them with your business advisor as they occur to you.
For this reason the business development services offered are geared towards flexibility and continuity. In addition to scheduled face to face meetings, your agreement gives you unlimited access to Andrew by telephone and email, 8am – 10pm, 7 days a week for the duration of the engagement.
If a problem or an idea occurs to you – for example, the crucial business meeting that’s looming – you will have the comfort in knowing that you can schedule a call, discuss it quickly and get instant feedback.
The duration of an assignment will be determined by the issues involved and the support services required. The engagement may be for one month or on an on-going basis, with each project supported by a detailed review. On a monthly basis, a typical engagement may comprise:
- 8 hours of face to face contact to be utilised as requested.
- Unlimited access via telephone and email on an ad-hoc basis.
The 8 hours face to face contact can be scheduled throughout each month, taken as one full day or spread over 2 half days, if preferred.
